UAS Type Certification Consultancy

Our team of experts would offer the following

• Gap analysis of the status of technical preparedness for Type Certification to what is expected

• Help the client to develop all required documents for the purpose of certification including creation of drawings where ever not available, FE analysis, Material Load analysis, Hardware and software tamper proofing, loom routing etc.

• We would liaison with NABL labs and get the UAS tested as per environmental, EMI/EMC and load tests and get all the required reports generated from the lab. We would hand hold the client in clearing all stages of audit and do required gap analysis to ensure the documents are accepted by DGCA and TC is issued.

• Support in building Manufacturing and Quality processes.

• Training and enabling the team at client on the certification process and facing the evaluators from Certification Body.

• Support in replying to queries/observation made by CB and DGCA.

• Preparing clients team for Stage 2 of Certification, wherein the evaluator’s team from CB would be visiting / inspecting the client for 3 days to witness various types of testing including Flying, Propeller Integrity test on the test bench (the test bench either needs to be bought or fabricated). Drop test and check the processes followed for manufacture and quality.
